Excellent corrosion resistance and durability

The product has an outdoor service life of 8-15 years. The inner core metal wire (usually galvanized wire) provides basic rust protection, and the outer PVC layer completely isolates it from air and moisture.

Impact-resistant and non-deformable

The flexible woven structure gives the mesh excellent elasticity. Upon impact, it can undergo temporary stretching deformation of ≤10% to absorb energy, quickly rebounding after the load is removed. It is not prone to plastic deformation and can effectively cushion impact forces such as those from human collisions.

Easy installation and strong adaptability

The mesh is lightweight (approximately 1.5-3 kg/m²), and can be rolled, unrolled, and cut by hand. A two-person team can install 200-300 square meters per day using basic tools. Its flexible structure allows for longitudinal stretching to adapt to terrain undulations, and can be laid to conform to slopes within ±15 degrees horizontally.

Smooth surface and good protection

The complete PVC coating results in a low surface friction coefficient and no metal burrs, ensuring safe contact. The mesh has a conventional transparency rate of 70%-85%, providing physical isolation while ensuring sufficient visibility and air circulation.

Production process flow

Inner Core Preparation: High-quality low-carbon steel wire is drawn to the specified diameter, then treated with "electro-galvanizing" or "hot-dip galvanizing" to form a corrosion-resistant inner core.

Weaving and Forming: The galvanized wire is automatically bent and interlocked on a special chain-link weaving machine to form a flexible diamond-shaped mesh structure.

PVC Coating (Core Process): The woven mesh is immersed in a fluidized bed of PVC powder or coated using an extrusion process, ensuring that the PVC plastic uniformly and densely coats the surface of each metal wire at high temperature. The key to this step is controlling the thickness of the plastic layer (usually 0.3-0.8mm) and its adhesion.

Cooling and Shaping: The PVC layer is allowed to cool and solidify completely, forming a strong bond with the metal wire.

Winding and Packaging: The mesh is cut, wound, or rolled to the length and width required by the customer, and finally packaged and stored.

Q: What should be considered when installing Pvc Coated Chain Link Mesh?

A: During installation, a special tensioning tool must be used to tighten the mesh, applying a pre-tensioning force of 50-100N. Fixing must be done using galvanized and plastic-coated iron wire with a diameter of ≥2.5mm or 304 stainless steel clips. The use of ordinary bare iron wire for direct binding is strictly prohibited to prevent the cut ends from damaging the PVC layer and causing internal steel wire corrosion.

Q: How are the products packaged and shipped?

A: The standard packaging consists of an inner layer of 0.1mm thick moisture-proof film, an outer layer of 500g/㎡ woven fabric, tightly wound onto an industrial paper tube with a diameter of ≥15cm. For sea freight, reinforced wooden pallets with a load capacity of ≥1 ton or customized iron frame packaging with a load capacity of ≥2 tons are provided to ensure that the products remain intact and do not unravel during long-distance container shipping.

Q: Can it be used for animal enclosures?

A: What are its advantages? Yes, it can. Its smooth surface without burrs effectively prevents animals from scratching themselves; the flexible mesh can cushion impacts; and the bright colors are easily recognizable by animals, reducing stress. When used in farms, it is recommended to choose specifications with mesh openings no larger than 50mm.
