Highway Rail Guard
Highway rail guard is a structural safety barrier designed for municipal traffic management and urban road separation. It is manufactured from Q235 carbon steel to provide high impact resistance and structural rigidity. The product prevents vehicles from crossing into pedestrian zones or opposite traffic lanes while maintaining driver visibility.
- Product Introduction
Our highway rail guard is produced with a standard height of 1.1 meters and a set length of 3 meters. We use steel pipes with a 2mm wall thickness to ensure mechanical durability during collisions. Each unit weighs 32kg and is supported by post spacing of 2 meters using either cast iron or steel plate bases. The surface undergoes an electrostatic spraying process, available in silver gray, yellow-black, or red-white finishes.

Packaging Method
Guardrails are protected with a double layer of packaging consisting of vapor phase rust-inhibiting film and waterproof woven fabric, with corner protectors added to the edges. They are bundled in groups of 10 pieces and secured to custom-made steel frames with steel straps. Posts and other components are loaded onto iron frame brackets or reinforced wooden crates. All packaging is suitable for long-distance sea transport and mechanical handling.
