Hot-dip galvanizing will reduce the mechanical properties of steel wire. 7x7 stainless steel wire rope with high strength and high corrosion resistance are mostly twisted with electro-galvanized steel wire. Hot-dip galvanizing is zinc plated in molten zinc liquid at 450-480 degrees.

Multi-layer Protection
The rope is wrapped with moisture-proof and rust-proof paper/vapor corrosion inhibitor film, covered with high-strength woven fabric, and reinforced with steel straps in a cross pattern.
Wooden Crate/Frame Reinforcement
The entire package is placed in a fumigated solid wood crate or a steel-reinforced wooden crate, with internal steel frames for added stability, suitable for long-distance sea transportation.
Clear Labeling
The outer box is printed with waterproof markings, clearly indicating product information, order number, dimensions, gross weight, and "moisture-proof" and "impact-resistant" labels.
Logistics and export operations
Transportation Methods: Large quantities are shipped via full container load (FCL) by sea; smaller quantities or urgent shipments can be arranged by air freight. Sea freight to major ports in Europe and the US takes approximately 25-45 days, while air freight takes approximately 3-7 days.
Documentation: We handle all export documents, including bill of lading, packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin (CO/Form A), and product material reports.
